Terms of Service

1. Acceptance By accessing or using eliorbliah.photography, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Products & Orders Prints — Fine art prints are produced and shipped by Elior Bliah. Sizes, materials, and pricing are described at the time of purchase. Due to the handcrafted nature of fine art prints, minor variations from screen representation may occur. Digital downloads — Upon confirmed payment, you will receive a time-limited, single-use download link by email. Links expire 7 days after issue. If your link expires before use, contact us for a replacement. All prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversions shown on the site are indicative only; your payment processor may apply its own exchange rate.

3. Payment Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Digital downloads — Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been issued. If the file is corrupted or technically defective, we will provide a replacement. Prints — Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not commenced. After that, cancellations are at our discretion. Prints damaged in transit will be replaced upon submission of photographic evidence of damage within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site remains the exclusive property of Elior Bliah. Purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights beyond the specific licence granted at checkout. See our Copyright Notice for full details.

6. Prohibited Use You may not use this site to: scrape, harvest, or systematically download content; attempt to circumvent image protection measures; use automated tools to access, query, or monitor the site; engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elior Bliah Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, including loss of data or loss of profit.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

10. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
