Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of eliorbliah.com (the “Site”), operated by Elior Bliah. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance
Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Orders & Payments
Payments are processed securely by Tranzila (PCI-DSS Level 1), which acts as merchant of record for the charge. Elior Bliah Photography is registered as an osek patur (VAT-exempt dealer) under Israeli law; prices do not include VAT, and a receipt (קבלה), not a tax invoice (חשבונית מס), is issued for every purchase. By placing an order you authorize the charge in New Israeli Shekels (₪); amounts shown in other currencies are indicative and your card is charged in ILS.
3. Print Fulfillment
Print orders are prepared and shipped manually within 15 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information is sent by email.
4. Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel a distance sale under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Digital downloads are not eligible for cancellation once the file has been delivered, as permitted by that law. 5. Shipping Data & GDPR
Photo Elior Website complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you order a printed photograph, we collect your full name, shipping address, phone number, and any note you provide for the courier. This information is:
- Stored securely on EU servers (Supabase, Frankfurt region)
- Used only to fulfill the specific order you placed
- Shared only with the courier service delivering your order
- Never used for marketing
- Never sold or shared with any other third party
Retention: We keep your shipping data for 24 months after your order reaches “delivered” status. The 24-month clock starts on the day delivery is confirmed, not on the day of purchase. This window exists solely to resolve potential delivery disputes. After 24 months, your data is permanently anonymized.
Your rights under GDPR:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request immediate deletion
- Request correction of incorrect data
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email prints@eliorbliah.com.
We also store a temporary draft of your shipping form in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days, so you do not need to re-enter details if you return to complete a purchase. This draft never leaves your device.
6. Intellectual Property
All photographs remain the exclusive property of Elior Bliah. Purchase of a print or digital license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the image.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
