Returns & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your right to cancel a purchase made on eliorbliah.com under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Chok Hagnat HaTzarchan), which governs distance selling. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel a print order within 14 days of receiving the item, or within 14 days of receiving this disclosure, whichever is later. Cancellation notice must be given in writing — email is accepted.

2. Extended Cancellation Period

People with disabilities, senior citizens (65+), and new immigrants who have lived in Israel for less than 5 years are entitled to an extended 4-month cancellation period. Under the law, this extension applies only where there was a prior conversation between you and us before the purchase (for example, by phone or chat) — a standalone website purchase with no such conversation carries the standard 14-day period. If you believe the extended period applies to you, contact us and let us know.

3. How to Cancel

Email us at prints@eliorbliah.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request.

4. Cancellation Fee

We may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order price or ₪100, whichever is lower. No fee applies if the item is defective or does not match its description.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or does not match its description — in that case we cover return shipping and there is no cancellation fee.

6. Refunds

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used to pay.

7. Digital Downloads

Once a digital file has been delivered and made available for download, the cancellation right no longer applies, as permitted under the exceptions to the Consumer Protection Law for digital content that has been accessed.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping — this is separate from, and in addition to, your general cancellation right above.
