Returns & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when a purchase made on eliorbliah.com can be cancelled. It is based on the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Chok Hagnat HaTzarchan), which governs distance selling, and applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Prints Are Made to Order
We do not hold printed stock. Every print is produced individually after you order it, in the exact size, paper, and framing you selected. Production is commissioned as soon as your order is confirmed, and the materials and lab work are paid for at that point.
2. Cancellation Window
You may cancel a print order free of charge at any time before production begins. Production begins within 24 hours of your order being confirmed, so please send a cancellation notice as soon as possible if you change your mind. If you contact us after 24 hours, we will still check whether your order has entered production, and if it has not, we will cancel it.
3. Once Production Has Begun
Once production has begun, a print order can no longer be cancelled. The Consumer Protection Law excludes goods manufactured specially for the consumer to their own specifications from the general distance-selling cancellation right, and a print produced to your chosen size, paper, and framing falls within that exclusion. This does not affect your rights in respect of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which are set out in section 7 and always apply.
4. How to Cancel
Email us at prints@eliorbliah.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and tell you whether production had already begun.
5. Refunds
Where an order is cancelled before production begins, we refund the full amount with no cancellation fee, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used to pay.
6. Digital Files
Once a digital file has been delivered, the cancellation right no longer applies, as permitted under the exceptions to the Consumer Protection Law for digital content that has been supplied.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. This right applies regardless of whether production has begun and is not affected by anything above.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Israeli law. If you believe a cancellation right applies to your order that is not reflected here. For example, if you are entitled to an extended cancellation period as a person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+), or a new immigrant, contact us and we will review it with you.
