2. Information We Collect Information you provide directly: Orders — name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment data is processed exclusively by Paddle and never stored on our servers. Contact form — name, email address, subject, and message. Information collected automatically: Basic, anonymous usage statistics: pages visited, photographs viewed, approximate geographic region at country level (derived from your IP address at the time of the request and immediately discarded — not stored), and device type. Your IP address is never saved to our database. This data is collected using a self-hosted system and is not shared with any third party.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR) For visitors in the European Economic Area: Contract performance — processing your order and fulfilling your purchase (Art. 6(1)(b)). Legitimate interests — collecting anonymous, non-personal usage statistics to improve site performance (Art. 6(1)(f)). No personal data is involved. Consent — placement of the session cookie used to distinguish unique visits. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or clicking "Decline" on the cookie banner.

Contact form data — solely to respond to your inquiry. Retained for up to 12 months then deleted. Anonymous usage statistics — solely to understand site performance and improve content. 6. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share data only with: Paddle (paddle.com) — payment processing. Acts as merchant of record. Subject to their own Privacy Policy. Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery. Only name and email are transmitted, strictly for sending your order confirmation or reply. Cloudinary (cloudinary.com) — image hosting. No personal data transmitted. Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting. Standard server logs may be retained per Vercel's Privacy Policy. We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process.

7. Do Not Track We honour the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. When DNT is enabled, no analytics data is collected and no session cookie is set.

8. Your Rights Regardless of location, you may: Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you. Correction — request correction of inaccurate data. Deletion — request deletion of your personal data. Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. All Rights Reserved No photograph, image, or portion thereof displayed on this website may be: downloaded, saved, or screen-captured for any purpose other than temporary browser caching; reproduced, printed, or duplicated in any medium; distributed, published, or publicly displayed; modified, cropped, edited, or used as a derivative work; used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, product packaging, editorial publication, or AI/ML training datasets; without the prior written permission of Elior Bliah.

3. Watermarked Previews Images displayed on this site are low-resolution, watermarked previews provided solely for browsing and purchase evaluation. They are not licensed for any use. High-resolution files are delivered exclusively upon confirmed purchase of the applicable licence or print.

4. Purchased Licences Digital download licences are personal and non-transferable. Specific permitted uses are defined at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no licence grants rights to sublicense, resell, or use the image in connection with defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content. Print purchases are for personal display only and do not convey any copyright, reproduction right, or commercial licence.

5. AI & Machine Learning Use of any image from this website to train, fine-tune, or evaluate artificial intelligence or machine learning models — whether commercial or non-commercial — is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. DMCA & Takedown If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, or if you identify unauthorised use of Elior Bliah's photographs elsewhere, contact prints@eliorbliah.com with: a description of the work, the URL where it appears, and your contact details.
